Please note: The 7-day period begins from the official delivery date confirmed by the shipping provider.

    – It must be in its **original condition**, including all packaging, seals, and labels.

We reserve the right to **reject any return request** if the product appears to have been used, opened, or returned without proper packaging.

  1. **Shipping Fee Responsibility**
    – If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, or a defective product), **magia will cover all shipping costs** and issue a replacement at no additional charge.
    – If the customer requests an exchange for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, incorrect item selected at checkout), **the customer is responsible for all shipping costs**, including return and re-shipping fees.
